2021 Honda Amaze Facelift 

Honda India launched the 2021 Honda Amaze with new updates and tweaks on 18th Aug 2021, Honda Amaze has always been one of the best selling Compact Sedan. It sells in very decent figures, Honda has managed to sell the Amaze in great numbers i.e. 4.5 Lakhs units. It has been one of the best selling Honda car. It competes with other compact sedans like the Tigor, Dzire, Aspire and the Aura.

Honda Amaze is also one of the safest cars among its segment after Tigor, it had scored 4 stars for adult occupancy and 1 for child occupancy. The 2nd generation of the Amaze was launched back in 2018 and now in 2021 Honda has finally given a facelift to it, Launched at 6.32 Lakhs. 

Engine options:

It comes with some tweaks both on the interior and exterior. The Amaze continues to come with same engines i.e. 1.2-litre Naturally Aspirated i-VTEC Petrol engine which produces 90bhp and 110Nm and 1.5-litre i-DTEC Diesel engine which produces 99bhp and 200Nm of torque. Both engines offer Manual gearbox and CVT automatic gearbox options.

Mileage Figures:

The i-VTEC engine delivers 18.6kmpl in the manual configuration and 18.2kmlp in the automatic, whereas the i-DTEC delivers 24.7kmpl in the Manual configuration and 21kmpl in the automatic.

Amaze will be offered in 3 variants, E,S and VX. The E variant doesn't get any new changes it is similar to the pre-facelift model, the other two come with new tweaks,

• 7-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto connectivity

• Cruise Control (Only for Manual variant)

• Paddle Shifters for the CVT model

• 15-inch Diamond cut alloy wheels

• Shark Fin Antenna

Safety Features offered:

All variants of the Honda Amaze come with certain safety features like dual front Airbags, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX seats, Engine immobilizer, rear view Camera with adaptive guidelines and parking sensors (rear), impact mitigating front headrests and, pedestrian injury mitigation technology.

Color Options:

The Facelifted model also welcomes a new color option for the Honda Amaze, Metroid Metallic Grey color. Other colors are same as before i.e. Lunar Silver, Golden Brown, White Pearl and Radiant Red respectively.

Honda Amaze pricing of all variants respectively:

Amaze Facelift starts at 6.34 lakh(ex-showroom) for the base E variant and goes all the way to 11.15 lakhs for top end Diesel CVT.

E variant will be offered with only Manual gearbox with both petrol and Diesel, S Variant will offer petrol automatic option and VX will be available with all engine and transmission configurations.
